No maker’s marks but appears to be a Longobarda lamp by Marcello Cuneo for Gabbianelli — The first ceramic lamp cast in one piece and exhibited in the seminal 1972 exhibition ‘Italy: The New Domestic Landscape’ at New York’s MoMA.

This lamp is in excellent used condition.
