Non-bulky items
Australia-wide shipping starts from $15 for non-bulky items, the relevant fee will appear at checkout for eligible items.
Bulky Items
Shipping is not included at checkout and will appear as $0. Once an item has been purchased we will contact you to enquire about your pickup or delivery needs. You’re welcome to request a delivery quote prior to purchase by emailing hello@ultrafragola.com.au.
We can arrange local and interstate delivery and use a number of reliable transport companies to safely deliver our items to you, we can also work with your own carrier if preferred. For Melbourne customers pickup is available from Brunswick West.
Store Policy & Returns
UltraFragola does not offer returns on vintage items and artworks, all sales are final and all items are sold as is. Please ensure you have read all condition details on vintage items and checked all relevant photos prior to purchase. We are always happy to provide more photos, videos, or details as necessary. Vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and is sold as is.
Sold items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with UltraFragola. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee.
